Viayze
The average cold email gets ignored. Viayze writes each one like the sender actually read the recipient's LinkedIn, their company blog, and their last quarterly report. Because the AI did.

what Viayze does#
Viayze is an AI-powered email outreach platform that generates hyper-personalized cold email campaigns. Each message is tailored to the individual recipient based on their professional profile, company context, and behavioral signals. The platform handles the full campaign lifecycle: lead verification, copy generation, sequence management, inbox monitoring, and conversion tracking.
Viayze runs as both a platform and a service. The done-for-you tier ($2,000/month) covers full campaign management including infrastructure setup, strategy, verified leads, copywriting, and inbox management. Single campaign and consulting tiers serve teams that want to run their own operations with expert guidance.
why personalization at this depth matters#
Email outreach has a volume problem disguised as a quality problem. Most teams optimize for sends, so open rates fall, reply rates sit somewhere between 1% and 3%, and the usual response is to push more volume, which makes things worse.
The root cause is that recipients can tell when a message was written for a list, not for them. "I noticed your company is growing" is not personalization. It is a template with a merge field. Real personalization means understanding what their company actually does, what the person's role looks like day to day, what they have said or published recently, and what a genuine conversation with them might actually be worth.
Doing that manually takes 15 to 30 minutes per prospect. At that rate, a salesperson can personalize maybe 20 emails per day. Viayze's AI does it in seconds, at hundreds of prospects per campaign.
Personalized emails generate 6x higher transaction rates than generic batch sends (Campaign Monitor, 2024). But the definition of "personalized" matters. First-name insertion is not it. Viayze's approach is closer to what a research analyst would produce if given 20 minutes and the recipient's full professional context.
A US client in the B2B lead generation space built this after noticing that the teams winning deals were the ones sending emails that started real conversations. Viayze was the infrastructure to make that quality of outreach available at campaign scale.
what we built#
The core of Viayze is a content generation system that produces unique email copy for each recipient. It ingests prospect data (professional profile, company information, recent activity, industry context) and generates messages that reference specific, verifiable details. Not "I see you work in SaaS." Closer to: "Your team's expansion into APAC after the Series B suggests you are hiring regional account executives, and the infrastructure challenge that comes with multi-timezone sales ops is exactly what our platform was built to solve."
Accuracy constrains the personalization. The system references only verifiable information; fabricated details damage credibility and there is no recovery from that in cold outreach. Every claim in a generated email traces back to a real data source.
Before any message goes out, the lead verification pipeline validates email addresses and filters invalid, inactive, and catch-all addresses. Bounce rate control is what keeps a sending domain healthy. Skipping it, or treating it as optional, wipes out deliverability in a matter of weeks.
Campaigns in Viayze are multi-step sequences, not single sends. Follow-ups are timed to engagement signals. If a prospect opens but does not reply, the next message addresses a different angle. If they reply with a question, the system routes it for human response with full context attached. When personalized emails actually get replies, the inbox fills up fast. The system is designed to keep pace.
Every campaign produces a performance dashboard: open rates, reply rates, positive response rates, meetings booked, and revenue attributed. Those results feed back into the personalization engine. Messaging angles that work for a given industry or persona type get weighted higher in future campaigns for similar prospects. It is a feedback loop, not just reporting.
Deliverability is an engineering problem. Domain warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, sending volume ramps, mailbox rotation, and reputation monitoring all determine whether a message reaches the inbox or the spam folder. Viayze handles this infrastructure layer for managed clients.
The stack is Next.js and TypeScript, with LLM integration for per-recipient copy generation, a lead data ingestion and verification pipeline, a multi-step sequence engine with engagement-based branching, inbox monitoring and response routing, an analytics pipeline with conversion attribution, and an email infrastructure layer handling domain configuration and deliverability.
key capabilities#
The platform covers per-recipient AI copy generation, pre-campaign lead verification, multi-step sequences that adapt to engagement, inbox management for high reply volumes, conversion analytics from send to meeting booked, and domain-level deliverability infrastructure.
results#
Viayze shipped as a live platform with active managed campaigns. The done-for-you and self-serve tiers are both running. Every prospect in a campaign gets unique copy generated for them individually. The US client the platform was built for had the infrastructure problem solved: they could run outreach at volume without sacrificing the quality that was getting them replies in the first place.
