[ Our Story ]
Silverthread Labs started in March 2019 when two brothers decided to go all in. The name itself comes from a silver lining during a difficult time in our lives. It stuck because it captures what we actually do: find the thread of value inside messy, manual operations and pull it through with technology.
This is not a company that appeared after ChatGPT. We have been building since 2019. When we started, the conversation was about automation: n8n, Zapier, RPA. The gap we saw was between businesses that were automating intelligently and businesses that were falling further behind every month because nobody was helping them do it. Not platforms. Not consultants. Builders who understood their stack.
When large language models matured and agentic AI became genuinely useful, the gap widened. AI is not self installing. An LLM does not know your call flow, your CRM schema, or what your intake process looks like at 7pm on a Friday. Someone has to build that. We are that team.
