What can you build beyond what this page covers?
Most of it. This page carries the part built for your kind of company; the full build surface, from web and SaaS engineering to self-hosted AI, sits on one page, item by item.
Browse everything we buildWho owns the client relationship once you are behind the deliverable?
You do, on every rung. Your agency keeps the client, the brand and the account management, and we stay the technical layer behind it. What you tell your client about how the work is built is your call, and we do not approach them.
Who owns the work you build for us?
Bespoke work built into your own stack is yours to run, and code ownership is agreed in writing before the build starts rather than after. The products are the other case: ROIkeep and Latent are our software, both in alpha, and you run them as they ship rather than owning them.
What happens when an ad platform changes its API?
The pipeline is built to be updated rather than replaced, and every step is logged, so a break shows up as a named failed step instead of a report that quietly went wrong. The fix is aimed at that step. Which of us maintains it, and on what response expectation, is set at scoping.
What does the first month look like?
It opens with an operational audit, where we map where your team's hours actually go across reporting, routing and sync before recommending anything. Then one painful, well-bounded workflow goes first, usually the report a client chases you for, so you see the output before the loop widens.
What does this cost?
Every engagement is quoted after scoping, because the shape depends on your client mix, the platforms in play and the CRM behind them. No figure on this page stands in for that quote. The audit is the step that produces the facts a quote is built from, and it comes before any commitment.
Why not build this in-house?
Some agencies should, and the ones that already have a data-engineering team do. MIT Project NANDA's 2025 GenAI Divide report found that buying from or partnering with a specialized vendor reaches successful deployment about 67% of the time, while internal builds succeed one-third as often. This page is written for the agency that does not want to hire an AI engineer to keep a reporting pipeline alive.
We are a two-person shop. Is this page for us?
Probably not yet. This page assumes a roster and a team, roughly 5 to 50 people, where per-client overhead is the constraint rather than winning the next client. If your bottleneck is replies and outreach instead of client reporting, Ezly is the product of ours that already shipped, and it is the closer fit.
