One workflow, in place of several tools#
A finished social post usually passes through a design tool, a writing tool and a resize step before anyone sees it. Latent takes one prompt and returns the post itself: images, caption and first comment, each image sized to an aspect ratio that post type accepts on that platform.
Agencies and brands compose one publication and target Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn from it. Latent automates major parts of marketing through social media. It does not run the rest of your marketing.
What Latent does#
Composes a publication, not a single post
One draft holds one post per platform and post type: Instagram feed, carousel and story; Facebook feed, carousel and story; LinkedIn post and carousel. Each post keeps its own caption and its own first comment.
One look per publication, from ten fixed styles
UGC, Bold type, Minimal, Quiet luxury, Cinematic, Flat lay, Retro, Pastel gradient, Scrapbook and Glass 3D. Every generated image in a publication uses the one you pick, and you can apply it to your own uploads once they sit in a slot. The ten cannot be edited and you cannot add an eleventh.
Up to nine reference images steer generation
Point Latent at your own product shots or past generations and it follows them. A reference guides an image; it does not fill a slot.
Mask editing that leaves the rest alone
Open a placed image, brush over the part that should change, describe the replacement, and the unpainted area comes back exactly as it was. Chain one edit into the next, or revert to the original.
Canvas extension that crops nothing
Reshaping an image to another aspect ratio adds picture area around the original and keeps every pixel of it, anywhere between 1:3 and 3:1.
One image library behind everything
Every post and every publication draws on the same pool of generations and uploads. Using an image in a second place does not copy it.
Text generation that only fills blanks
One press writes the empty caption and first-comment fields from your prompt and leaves the words you wrote untouched. Rewrite one field in place without disturbing the others.
Rava, the assistant that operates the app
Rava works the same draft as the manual controls: it adds platforms, writes captions, starts a generation, reshapes an off-format image and opens the editor. It asks one question at a time, it does not re-ask what you have already told it, and it asks for your approval before it acts.
Exact for the platform, every time#
Four aspect ratios exist: square 1:1, portrait 4:5, story 9:16 and wide 1.91:1. Latent narrows the choice to what the platform and the post type accept, so a shape that would be rejected is never offered.
Caption fields count live against each platform's own limit. Carousels run 2 to 10 slides on Instagram and Facebook, and 2 to 20 on LinkedIn. At publish time every image is refitted to that platform's requirements, and never upscaled.
One account connects per platform. Facebook and Instagram publish to a Page rather than a personal profile. LinkedIn publishes as you.
Nothing posts itself#
Rava cannot publish and it cannot delete. A publication leaves the app only when a person submits it.
Submit, and Latent names the problems before anything goes out: a caption over the limit, too few carousel slides, an unconnected account, an image with the wrong shape, an image that no longer exists. A refused submit is not a failure. The draft stays a draft, with every problem marked inline where it sits.
Once it passes, publish now, schedule a date and time in a timezone you set, or drop the publication onto the next open slot in your weekly queue.
Access#
Latent is Silverthread Labs' own product and it is in alpha. There is no self-serve sign-up. Tell us what your team posts and where, and we will come back to you.
Questions agencies and brands ask#
Does Latent post anything on its own?
No. Rava can build an entire draft and it can neither publish nor delete. A person submits, and Latent checks the publication before it goes out.
Can we add our own style?
No. Ten styles ship and they are fixed. You pick one per publication and every generated image in it uses that one.
Can we connect two accounts on the same platform?
No. One linked account per platform. Facebook and Instagram publish to a Page, and LinkedIn publishes as you.
Does Latent keep our post performance over time?
No. Reach, likes and comments are read from the platform at the moment you open a publication and are never stored, so there is no history and no trend. Story metrics do not exist.
What can a story carry?
Images only. A story takes no caption and no first comment.
Ask for alpha access#
One prompt, one publication, three platforms, and nothing goes out until you send it.
