Social Media Agencies

You are signing client accounts faster than you can hire, and the post you worry about is the one that reads like nobody wrote it.

The after state

Client work goes out on the calendar you set, in each brand's own look, with one of your people approving every post before it publishes.

[ The Shift ]

What is breaking right now

  • The client list grows faster than the team

Two to twenty people own content, community management and paid social across every client brand at once. Hiring lags the next signed account, and the calendar does not wait for it.

  • One generic post undoes a year of brand work

Audiences now flag content that reads synthetic, and unlabeled AI posts are the top grievance social media users name about brands. The risk is no longer producing too little, but publishing something the client audience distrusts.

  • AI raised the output bar without removing the work

Even among teams already using AI, automated content creation is a minority intent. What agencies want is assisted output that already sounds like the client, and that still needs a person in the loop.

  • Two stacks, stitched together

The scheduler does not generate and the generator does not size for the platform, so somebody exports, resizes and re-uploads by hand, and the same work lives in two places.

[ Where We Fit ]

The part we build

Drafts sized per platform

A publication holds one post per platform and post type, and each image comes out at an aspect ratio that type accepts, so nobody resizes by hand. Live counters flag caption limits before submission.

One look per brand

Each publication carries its own prompt, one style and up to nine of your reference images, and every image generates against all three, so a client's look holds instead of drifting.

Human approval before publish

Nothing goes live until a human approves it. Drafting and sizing happen without you; submitting does not, and the assistant inside Latent can write captions and trigger generation but cannot publish.

Wired into your stack

At rungs two and three, briefs arrive from where you keep them, a draft routes to the account manager who signs it off, and approval fires on your events, on infrastructure you control.

What this page does not cover#

Latent is our own post generator, in alpha behind a waitlist, and it is rung one rather than the whole offer. If you run social alone, with nobody to route an approval to, Ezly is our shipped product for one-person communication work. A governed image model trained on one client's house style is a build, and it lives on design studios; here the brand-consistency mechanism holds one look across a publication.

[ The Ladder ]

Three ways in. Enter at one rung and move when it makes sense.

Every rung here is scoped and quoted against the stack you already run, so no figure on this page stands in for a quote.

What buyers ask first

What can you build beyond what this page covers?

Most of it. This page carries the part built for your kind of company; the full build surface, from web and SaaS engineering to self-hosted AI, sits on one page, item by item. Browse everything we build

Does anything post without us seeing it first?

No. Nothing goes live until a human approves it. Drafting and sizing happen without you; submitting does not. Someone on your team publishes, schedules or queues the publication, and the assistant inside Latent cannot publish at all. That is the design of the product rather than a switch you can turn off.

Which platforms does it publish to?

LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Instagram and Facebook publish to a Page and take feed posts, carousels and stories; LinkedIn takes posts and carousels, and goes out under your own name rather than a company page. Stories are image only. The product records that more platforms are coming, and we do not name one until it ships.

How many client accounts can we connect?

One connected account per platform, as the product ships. For an agency running a book of client brands, that bound is the reason rung two exists: publishing across the whole roster is customization we scope against your stack, not a feature you switch on today.

Will it stay on brand across different clients?

Each publication carries its own prompt, one style and your own reference images, and every image in it generates against those three. The style set is fixed and cannot be edited, so brand fidelity comes from your references and from one look held per publication. If you want a governed image model trained on a client's house visual style, that is a build, and it belongs on the design studios page.

What happens to our client relationships?

They stay yours. We do not talk to your clients and we do not appear in the work, and at rung two the interface your clients see carries your brand. We build the layer you run; you keep the roster, the platform accounts and the relationship.

What does an engagement like this cost?

Rungs two and three are quoted after we scope them against the stack you already run, so no figure on this page stands in for a quote. Latent itself is in alpha and open through a waitlist, and it states no commercial terms until alpha ends.
