Pricing that starts with what you actually need
We publish ranges, not quotes. An accurate project number requires understanding your stack, data environment, integration points, and compliance requirements.
Every project starts with an Automation Audit. We look at how your operations actually run, figure out where automation makes financial sense, and write up a roadmap before you spend anything on a build.
[ How we price ]
Three ways to work together
Project-based
A defined scope, fixed deliverable, clear acceptance criteria. Best for first builds, MVPs, and specific workflow targets.
Best for: First builds, MVPs
Retainer
Ongoing optimization, expansion, and ops support after a build ships. $500 to $8,000/month depending on service tier.
Best for: Continuous improvement
Audit-first
Every engagement starts here. A paid assessment before any project budget is committed. You get a written roadmap you own. Starts at $500.
Best for: Every new engagement

What things cost
Agentic AI systems
Single agent automations through multi-agent orchestration systems with memory, tool use, and human in the loop escalation.
Single-agent automation
$5,000 - $15,000
One agent, one job, limited integration surface. Think lead enrichment, data routing, or document processing.
2 - 4 weeks
Custom multi-step agents
$25,000 - $100,000+
Multi-agent systems that coordinate across 3+ integrated systems. These involve orchestration, memory, tool use, and escalation paths.
8 - 16 weeks
Ongoing agent retainer
$1,500 - $8,000/mo
We keep your deployed agents healthy: monitoring, performance tuning, model updates, and iterative expansion.
Voice AI agents
AI voice agents that answer inbound calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and handle routine inquiries 24/7.
Build fee
$2,500 - $10,000
Call flow architecture, voice platform setup (Retell AI, Vapi, Bland AI), CRM and scheduling integration, testing, and deployment.
2 - 4 weeks

Automated pipelines that eliminate manual handoffs across your existing tools. Built on n8n or Make.
Single-process build
$3,000 - $8,000
One workflow, clearly scoped, involving 2 to 4 integrated tools.
1 - 3 weeks
Multi-system workflow
$8,000 - $25,000+
Either multiple interconnected workflows or one complex workflow touching 5+ systems with conditional logic and monitoring.
3 - 8 weeks
Management retainer
$500 - $3,000/mo
Workflow maintenance, API update handling, and iterative improvements.
Self hosted AI infrastructure
Fully private AI deployments inside your own infrastructure. No third-party API calls. Required for HIPAA, GDPR, and data residency environments.
Deployment and hardening
$5,000 - $25,000

+2 - 4 weeks
Ongoing ops and monitoring
$1,000 - $5,000/mo
Infrastructure maintenance, model updates, and security patches.
Custom AI (RAG, knowledge bases, document processing)
Retrieval-augmented generation systems built on your documents with query interfaces and source attribution.
Single-domain knowledge base
$4,000 - $12,000
A RAG system over your documents, whether policy manuals, product docs, or legal briefs. Includes a query interface with source attribution.
2 - 4 weeks
Multi-source RAG pipeline
$12,000 - $30,000+
Multiple data sources with different formats and update frequencies, unified into one retrieval pipeline.
4 - 8 weeks
Expansion retainer
$1,000 - $4,000/mo
Ongoing document ingestion, retrieval tuning, and monitoring.
MCP server development
Model Context Protocol servers that connect AI agents to your internal tools and data systems with real read/write access.
SMB single-source connector
$25,000 - $50,000
One data source, one MCP server. Includes auth, error handling, and documentation.
4 - 8 weeks
Production multi-source with auth
$60,000 - $120,000
Multiple data sources with production auth, rate limiting, and monitoring.
8 - 16 weeks
Enterprise with compliance layer
$100,000+
Full compliance layer with audit trails, RBAC, and enterprise integration requirements.
12+ weeks
OpenClaw deployment
Professional deployment and security hardening of OpenClaw, the open source personal AI agent.
Personal install and hardening
$399 - $999
Infrastructure provisioning, security hardening, rate limiting, usage tracking, and monitoring for individual use.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer fixed-price projects or time-and-materials?
Both. Well-defined builds like a single-process automation, an OpenClaw deployment, or a point-to-point integration are typically fixed-price. Larger or more exploratory work, including enterprise AI systems, may run time-and-materials with milestone checkpoints.
What does the Automation Audit cost and what do I get?
Starts at $500 for solo founders and small teams. $1,000 to $2,500 for SMBs with multiple departments. The deliverable is a workflow inventory, a priority matrix ranking targets by ROI and complexity, tool recommendations, and an implementation sequence. You own the roadmap whether or not you build with us.
Why are the ranges so wide?
Because a single-agent automation that handles one repeatable task is a fundamentally different build than a multi-agent system orchestrating document processing, CRM updates, compliance checks, and human escalation across six integrated systems. The Automation Audit exists to tell you which one you actually need.
Do you charge ongoing fees after a project ships?
No. Projects ship as owned, documented code with no platform subscription. Retainers are available if you want ongoing optimization and expansion work, but they are optional.
What drives the cost difference in self hosted AI deployments?
Compliance scope and integration depth. A self hosted Ollama deployment for a small team with no regulated data is straightforward. A HIPAA-scoped deployment with role-based access control, audit logging, encrypted storage at rest, and a RAG pipeline wired to an EHR is a much larger engineering surface.
Can I start with a single service and expand later?
Yes, and most clients do. A common path is Automation Audit, then a single workflow automation or voice agent, then expansion as results come in. The services connect naturally: voice agents feed workflow automation, workflow automation feeds agentic AI.
