It started in 2019, and it does two things that feed each other: it builds software for other companies, and it sells three products it built for itself. Anyone can generate code now. Far fewer can ship software a business runs on and then keep it running after launch. That gap is the work. Client systems have cleared external security audits, and three products run this company's own operations every day. Our founder has built software for other people's companies since 2010: financial and blockchain systems, business process automation, and enterprise systems that cleared compliance reviews and external security audits. One product, four applications, one sign-on, built for the operations a digital agency runs its own business on rather than its client work. Every tool an agency buys is aimed at the client work. The agency itself runs on a spreadsheet for expenses, a shared document listing who has which login, one board for the dev team and another for sales, and a founder who is the integration between all of them. ROIkeep is the other half: who works here and what they can reach, what the team is working on, where the next deal comes from, and what was spent. Makes this company's own social content. One prompt in, a finished post out, shaped for the platform it is going to. A finished social post usually passes through a design tool, a writing tool and a resize step before anyone sees it. Latent returns the post itself: images, caption and first comment, each image sized to an aspect ratio that post type accepts on that platform. Agencies and brands compose one publication and target Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn from it. Nothing leaves the app until a person submits it. Latent automates major parts of marketing through social media. An AI communication copilot for recruiting and sales teams, sold as Ezly Team. Teams draft from one shared persona across five platforms: LinkedIn, Gmail, Upwork, Fiverr and Discord. A person reviews and sends every message.
